PhD students pass 1 to 2 months of their PhD program in a laboratory with an affiliation other than that of their home laboratory. The host will provide a physical space and a short project so as to expose the student to research activities in their lab. Every PhD student participates in at least one laboratory exchange.
Computational Science Zurich offers travel grants to their PhD students for laboratory exchanges or research visits abroad with up to CHF 1’500.00. Please use the application form below to apply for funding. Your application will be forwarded to the CSZ board and you will be notified about the outcome in due time.
